I am so happy to have this sweet little girl as my Tiny Miss Florida Cotton.  This child has the sweetest little personality.  You can look at her and see what a sweet child she is.  Having Rachel and her Mother be a part of this years Florida Cotton Queens has been wonderful.  You will not find any kinder people than these two and I know Rachel will continue to win many titles and hearts in the future.
